Tuition Fees and Payments

  • Fees:Standard tuition Session Fee $200.
  • Payment Policy: Term fees are charged in advance. An invoice will be sent for the full term (nominally 10 weeks) or split across three invoices; 4 weeks + 3 weeks + 3 weeks (total 10 weeks) , with the actual dates determined by the official term dates as set by NSW Government Schools. If a student commences during the term, an invoice will be sent for the number of weeks remaining.
  • New Student Enrolment Fee: Once a placement offer is accepted (via text or email), an invoice will be sent to the parent or guardian. This initial invoice will include a one-time $80 administration fee for new students, in addition to the term fees.
  • Invoice and Payment Methods: Invoices are sent to your preferred email address. You can pay with cash or via the invoice, which offers credit card and EFT options.

2026 Term 1, 27th January to 2nd April: 10 Weeks

2026 Term 2, 20th April to 3rd July: 11 Weeks

2026 Term 3, 20th July to 25th September: 10 Weeks

2026 Term 4, 12th October to 17th December: 10 Weeks

Additional Notes

  • Technology: Students must have a valid Gmail account and mobile number for Google Meet and Google Docs functionality.
  • Additional Term or Holiday Lessons: Requests for extra sessions require at least one week’s notice. Additional sessons can be requested during the term or holiday periods. If booked, a separate invoice will be sent for full payment in advance. Our standard cancellation and rescheduling terms apply to all additional bookings.
  • Workshop Lectures: From time to time, we may offer online workshops on specific modules or texts. Attendance will be capped, and details regarding fees and other information will be provided in the specific offer.
  • Privacy: We collect personal information (names, contact details, and student work) solely for the purpose of providing tuition services and processing payments. We will not share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Terms and conditions are subject to change. We will provide 14 days’ notice of any material changes, and clients will have the right to cancel their enrolment if they do not agree to the new terms.
