Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • New Students: After the initial two lessons, clients may withdraw from services and receive a pro-rata refund of the remaining fees, minus a $120 administration fee. To do so, you must provide written notice of withdrawal to admin @ xlintellect.com.au . The standard cancellation terms will apply if no written notice is received.
  • Non-Attendance and Refunds: We do not offer refunds for non-attendance, client unavailability, or a change of mind. Please note that we are not responsible if a student decides not to turn up to a lesson.
  • Advanced Cancellation Notice: If you need to miss a lesson, we’ll try to offer a catch-up opportunity if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Catch-up opportunities are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
  • Tutor Cancellations: If we must cancel a lesson, we will first offer a make-up session. If a suitable time cannot be arranged, we will, at our discretion, provide a credit or a pro-rata refund for the missed lesson.
