Cancellations and Rescheduling
- New Students: After the initial two booked sessions, clients may withdraw from services and receive a pro-rata refund of the remaining fees, minus a $120 administration fee. To do so, you must provide written notice of withdrawal to admin @ xlintellect.com.au . If no written notice is received, our standard policy of no refunds for non-attendance or change of mind will apply.
- Non-Attendance and Refunds: We do not offer refunds for non-attendance, client unavailability, or a change of mind. Please note that we are not responsible if a student decides not to turn up to a lesson.
- Advanced Cancellation Notice: If you need to miss a session, we’ll try to offer a catch-up opportunity if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Catch-up opportunities are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. ONE session can be rescheduled per term.
- Tutor Cancellations: If we must cancel a session, we will first offer a make-up session. If a suitable time cannot be arranged, we will, provide a credit or a pro-rata refund for the missed session.
Terms and conditions are subject to change. We will provide 14 days’ notice of any material changes, and clients will have the right to cancel their enrolment if they do not agree to the new terms
