For Parents and Guardians

• We welcome discussions about a student’s progress. Appointments are preferred and can be made by emailing admin @ xlintellect.com.au , call or text 0422006969
• Parents or carers may wait in a designated area during lessons but are not allowed to sit in on the lesson. We encourage students to take notes and develop independent learning skills.
• We will inform you if the student isn’t actively engaging in sessions. Repeated instances or clear disinterest may result in refusal of services for the student. In the event that we exercise our right to refuse further services, a pro-rata refund for any remaining pre-paid sessions will be provided.

Terms and conditions are subject to change. We will provide 14 days’ notice of any material changes, and clients will have the right to cancel their enrolment if they do not agree to the new terms.
